Penelope’s capsule takes two of Liberty’s heritage prints—Bow Bouquet & Ribbon Cascade—and plays with both in a nod to her two personas.

But the true belle of the ball? Our fan-favorite pull-on swim skirt with its front wrap detail and soft ruching on the left. Made from our swim material, our ruched skirts are designed to be worn over a swimsuit and match back to some of our core suits such as The Sidestroke, The Ruffle Backflip, The Perfect Wrap One Piece, and more. Pair it with solid colors, color-blocked suits, or prints! This skirt does not have a liner.
